Extensions

The aim with any extension, is to maximise the added value and space to your home or Investment property, without exceeding on the given 'ceiling price' in your area. It is always a good idea to consult a local estate agent with your proposed plans and budget, to ensure the cost of your project does not encroach on your profit margin or the market value of your completed development.

Here are some examples of the wide range of extensions available and their benefits, to suit your individual requirements...

Single Storey Extension

A single storey extension is a simple, relatively inexpensive way to add value and space to to your property. In some cases no planning permission is required. Commonly used to create open plan kitchen dining areas with bi-folding doors.

 Double Storey Extension

A double storey extension is an even better investment, as the excavation and roofing costs won't change from a single storey example. This makes the cost per square metre much lower than a single storey. Commonly used to add an extra bedroom with ensuite bathroom on top of a new kitchen dining area.
